My dear friend,
Last Saturday I received your sweet letter. I am very glad to know your good news. In your letter, you expressed your desire to let you know about the co-curricular activities of our school. Today I am writing this letter to you about it in brief.
Every activity in school life plays a significant role in the development of students. Co-curricular activities are an essential part of school life and hence enhance the learning process of students at the school level. You will be very glad to know that our school is very famous for its co-curricular activities in our district. The students of our school are involved in a variety of indoor and outdoor co-curricular activities. We have an English club, science club, and debating club and I am an active member of the science club.
Our school takes part in different inter-School competitions and wins prizes. Every year the annual cultural programme is celebrated in our school compound. Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, and Hockey are played regularly in our school grounds. Annual sports are held every year. We regularly publish monthly and yearly magazines. Every Saturday we arrange the weekly quiz competition and you will be glad to know that I regularly participate in this event.
The co-curricular activities enhance personality development and help them physically and mentally fit. These activities are relief from academic stress also. Co-curricular activities have made the image of our school much more glorious. Write to me in your next letter about those in your school.
